From the Garden

Our organic vegetable and fruit gardens provide a percentage of fresh food straight for all guests. Otherwise we use local producers.

A variety of cooking styles

Specialist menus as well as oriental dishes ensure that you will not be disappointed.

 

Meal times on retreat

Vary according to retreat. For all year round retreats:

light breakfast-fruit, snacks and hot drink from 7.30am

Lunch from 12.30 pm

Evening meal 7.30 pm. Usually Four courses: soup, salad, main course, desert, herbal tea or coffee.
