A wide choice of retreats-available all year

A wide variety of all year round retreats for smaller or private groups, duration at least three nights/four days. Plenty of time in between sessions to relax or explore. Seasonal retreats are longer, between five and ten days, larger group size, more intense and with fixed dates. We’re keeping our group sizes small so that you can be sure of private safe space.

Any time Retreats

Choose meditation, tao yoga, qigong or any combination. Also, forest bathing and tao yoga; Wu style tai chi short form. Suitable for beginners or experienced, these retreats will halp you re-balance and return home with a fresh perspective. minimum three nights. Group size up to 8.

Seasonal retreats

More intensive retreats but also suitable for beginners. Tao meditation; marrow washing classic or northern star qigong; sound do-in [mantra and sutra, sound energy work] and summer ba gua eight trigrams circle walking. Group size up to 20. See the menu bar “retreats” for details.
